BASIC INFORMATION

Towel and sheet change

Towels will be changed every 4 days.

Sheets will be changed every 7 days.

You will find a large plastic bag inside the wardrobe. Please place the towels or sheets you wish to change in the bag and leave it on the porch of your cabin before 11:00 a.m. The cleaning team will come by to replace them.

Wi-Fi

The reception desk will provide you with a free Wi-Fi password for two devices that you can use throughout your stay.

Barbecues

The use of barbecues in the cabins is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment

You will find the entertainment schedule on the screens in the supermarket and at the main entrance to the restaurant, as well as on the campsite´s app.

Air conditioning

To turn it on, press START and to turn it off, press STOP. To raise or lower the temperature, there are two arrows: the upper one raises the temperature and the lower one lowers it. You can see the desired temperature on the screen. For the air conditioning to work properly, do not press the MODE and FAN buttons. If you have pressed them previously, you must return both to their original AUTO position.

Laundry

The laundry room operates with tokens available at reception. You can buy detergent at the supermarket.

Parking

Vehicles must be parked next to the bungalow, without obstructing the passageway. If you have more than one vehicle, the second vehicle must be left outside the establishment. Please note that vehicles are not allowed to enter or leave the campsite between midnight and 8 a.m.

Last day

The cabin must be vacated by 12 noon. Remote controls and keys must be returned to reception. The bungalow must be left in the same condition as it was found.
