BASIC INFORMATION

Towel and sheet change

Towels will be changed every 4 days.

Sheets will be changed every 7 days.

Please leave any towels and sheets that need changing outside the shop entrance before 11:00. The cleaning team will come and replace them as soon as possible.

Wi-Fi

Free fibre-optic broadband is available in the shops, but you’ll need to pop into reception to collect the router and cable. You’ll be asked to pay a €100 deposit for these, which will be refunded when you return them on check-out.

Barbecues

The use of barbecues in the comanches is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment

You will find the entertainment schedule on the screens in the supermarket and at the main entrance to the restaurant, as well as on the campsite´s app.

Laundry

The laundry room operates with tokens available at reception. You can buy detergent at the supermarket.

Parking

The vehicle must be parked in the same pitch as the Comanche. If you have more than one vehicle, you must leave the second vehicle outside the campsite. Please note that vehicles are not permitted on the campsite between midnight and 8 am. Therefore, you may not drive in after midnight or drive out before 8 am; you must walk.

Last day

The Comanche must be vacated by 12 noon. The key must be returned to reception. The shop must be left in the same condition as it was found.
