BASIC INFORMATION

Towel and sheet change

Towels will be changed every 4 days.

Sheets will be changed every 7 days.

You will find a large bag inside the wardrobe. Please place any clothes you need to have washed in the bag and leave it at the entrance to your villa before 11:00. The cleaning team will come by to collect it.

Wi-Fi

At reception, you will be given a free Wi-Fi password for two devices, which you can use throughout your stay.

Barbecues

The use of barbecues in the villas is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment

You will find the entertainment schedule on the screens in the supermarket and at the main entrance to the restaurant, as well as on the campsite´s app.

Air conditioning

To switch on, press START; to switch off, press STOP. To increase or decrease the temperature, use the two arrows: the top arrow increases the temperature and the bottom arrow decreases it. The desired temperature is shown on the display. To ensure the air conditioning operates correctly, do not press the MODE and FAN buttons. If these buttons have been pressed previously, you must return both to their original AUTO setting.

Laundry

The laundry room operates with tokens available at reception. You can buy detergent at the supermarket.

Parking

Please park your vehicle in the allocated space, ensuring it does not obstruct the way. If you have more than one vehicle, you must leave the second vehicle outside the campsite. Please note that vehicles are not permitted on the campsite between midnight and 8 am. Therefore, you may not drive in after midnight or drive out before 8 am; you must walk.

Last day

Please vacate the villa by 12:00. Please return the remote controls and keys to reception. Please leave the villa in the same condition as you found it.
