ADMISSION RIGHTS
Access to the campsite is reserved exclusively for our clients, any other person must request permission to enter at reception. The campsite management reserves the right of admission and will terminate the contract of any guests who fail to follow the campsite’s internal rules, disturb the peace and harmony of other customers or infringe the rules of coexistence, morality and decency, as well as those expressly mentioned in these regulations. The person named on the invoice will be held responsible for all acts attributable to him/her and his/her companions.
QUIET HOURS & VEHICLES
In order not to disturb your fellow guests, you are kindly requested to turn down the volume of radio, TV, etc. during quiet hours (1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 11:00pm to 12:00am). From midnight to 8:00am, there must be complete silence. The campsite barriers will be closed from 12:00am to 8:00am. No vehicle may be driven in or out during these hours. Please limit the use of motor vehicles to a minimum when moving around the campsite. The maximum speed allowed is 10 km/hour.
TIMES
PLOTS: Arrival times will be from 1:00pm until 10:00pm. Customers must formalise the registration process at the reception office at the time of arrival, with express mention of all items and services booked. It will not be possible to change pitch without obtaining prior permission from reception. Guests who need electricity supply must indicate this at the reception desk on arrival. The Management reserves the right to prohibit the supply of electricity to customers whose installation is not in perfect condition. Departure time must be before 12:00pm, leaving the pitch in perfect condition, clean and tidy.
BUNGALOWS AND GLAMPING: Arrival times will be from 5:00pm until 10:00pm. You can only occupy your accommodation once you have obtained the contract. All the lodgings have an inventory of the utensils available in them. If any of them are missing, please do not hesitate to notify reception for a replacement. Departure time must be before 12:00pm. The campsite will ask for a deposit of €100 on arrival plus full payment for your stay.
INSTALLING CAMPING-RELATED ELEMENTS AND TREES
Customers are expressly forbidden to install items that are not for temporary use and/or that may damage the image of the campsite. You cannot install floors, fences, sinks, household appliances or any other elements that may be seen as permanent fixtures and fittings. You are not permitted to use your own washing machines and dryers in the sanitary blocks, hang washing in unauthorised places or to hang ropes on trees. This constitutes cause for the termination of the contract, of whatever kind, without any right to compensation.
OTHER COMMENTS
- Dogs and other pets are not allowed in the camping.
- The car must be parked within the plot or, in the case of a bungalow, in the assigned parking space. Cars cannot be parked on the streets or on other pitches.
- It is strictly forbidden to light open fires in the campsite and in the surrounding area.
- It is not allowed to use barbeques in the whole area of the bungalows and cabins.
- To protect trees and plants, it is forbidden to pour dirty or waste water on or near them. A container must be used under the caravan as a wastewater receptacle. Such containers should only be emptied into the chemical W. C.
- The campsite water taps are for the exclusive use of water collection. The sinks must only be used for dishwashing and clothes must be washed in the laundry sinks or in the laundry.
- All rubbish must be deposited in the dustbins and litter bins fitted for this purpose in the avenues and other areas of the campsite.
- Throwing cardboard, plastic or glass into the general waste container is prohibited. You will find recycling bins inside the camping.
EMERGENCY
- In the event of an emergency, stay calm and do not shout. Inform staff or reception as quickly as possible.
- Fire: If you know how the extinguisher works, please direct the jet into the base of the flame. Keep a safe distance away and wait for the campsite emergency personnel. Do not try to get near the fire and walk as low to the ground as possible.
- Evacuation: If you receive an evacuation order or you hear the alarm, please remain calm and do not run. Go to the meeting point following the evacuation instructions.
- Prevention regulations: smoking is forbidden inside bungalows, caravans and risk zones. If you have a caravan or motor home, check the gas connections on a regular basis. Do not light fires in unauthorised areas. Do not use extra connectors or adaptor plugs in the electricity boxes.
