The Best Routes to Reach Benidorm
Benidorm has excellent road connections, making it easy to access by motorhome from anywhere in Spain. Before setting off on your trip, it’s a good idea to plan your route in advance. Here are some of the best ways to get to Benidorm:
From Madrid (approx. 4.5 hours): This is the fastest route with well-developed infrastructure, including service areas and petrol stations at strategic points.
Take the A-3 towards Valencia.
Connect with the AP-7 towards Alicante.
Exit at junction 65 for Benidorm Levante.
From Barcelona (approx. 5 hours): This is a comfortable route with plenty of rest areas where you can stretch your legs or refuel.
Follow the AP-7 southbound.
Pass through Tarragona and Valencia.
Continue to exit 65 for Benidorm.
From Northern Spain: If you’re coming from Bilbao, San Sebastián, or any northern city, the best route is to take the A-2 to Zaragoza, then connect with the A-23 and AP-7 to Benidorm. It’s a long drive, but the roads are in good condition and there are plenty of rest stops along the way.
From the South (Andalusia): If you’re travelling from Málaga, Almería, or Granada, the best option is to take the A-7 and connect to the AP-7 heading towards Alicante.
